Aqua Cutter 710H

The Aqua Cutter 710H is a hydrodemolition robot for all kinds of horizontal operations. It’s a powerful ally in slab areas such as roads, bridges, parking garages and runways. When you’re in control it will do as you command. Basically, it provides efficiency and reliability whenever you start the engine.

Groundbreaking efficiency

The Aqua Cutter 710H has a smart design and is specially geared for efficient horizontal operations. The front power head can move and tilt sideways to pass obstacles, and compensate for surface inclinations. To ensure removal of concrete in corners, the front power head has removable side covers. The front power head can be hydraulically tilted 90° upwards for easy inspection of your working area. In default mode the robot has a powerful diesel engine. Hybrid kit with an electric motor is optional.

Features

  • Evolution 2.0 control system

The Aqua Cutter Evolution control system features highly computerized robotic management for all advanced operations.

The evolution control system enables you to program geometrical figures and operate at different depths in the same overpass. The display is interactive and graphic, making it very easy to program the robot.

  • Equal Distance System

All of our Aqua Cutter robots feature our patented EDS system, short for Equal Distance System. The EDS keeps a preset distance from the nozzle to the concrete surface, regardless of the attack angle of the water jet. This is a major advantage. Standard systems without EDS make the water jet lose a lot of power before it hits the concrete.

  • Pop the hood

The innovative design provides unrivaled ease of access for all maintenance jobs. This means less downtime for maintenance and more time for actual work.

The unique gullwing hood and the foldable back cover of our Aqua Cutter 710 robot offer total access for both daily maintenance, such as checking oil levels, and regular service, such as oil and filter changes. This applies to all 710-models.

  • Intelligent Sensing Control

Intelligent Sensing Control, ISC, uses intelligent software that operates via closed loop systems that continuously memorize the movements of the water jet. It also monitors the process from the operator’s settings. The system is standard on all Aqua Cutter robots as well as the Ergo, used for controlling the Aqua Spine.
