The garage is located in an urban environment with highly regulated noise, pH and turbidity levels. With the help from Aquajet\u2019s water treatment system, EcoClear, NVB has total control of all these factors. In fact, NVB is doing their job way below the allowed turbidity level.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/186223915?color=ff0000&amp;byline=0\" width=\"100%\" height=\"410\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>At a first glance it\u2019s just another parking garage. But when you look closely you realize\u00a0that the renovation could not have been done with conventional methods. First of all, the\u00a0garage is located on top of one of the city\u2019s largest shopping malls, the Hansa City Mall,\u00a0ruling out loud jackhammers and other noisy mechanic demolition equipment. The job\u00a0had to be done with Hydrodemolition technology. And the water had to be safely discharged\u00a0back to the city\u2019s run-off water system at a preferred turbidity level of 20 mg\u00a0particles\/liter \u2013 a strict requirement from the municipal authorities in Malm\u00f6. EcoClear\u00a0was up to the challenge.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2532\" src=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/bed\/uploads\/2016\/10\/aquajet_on_location_ecoclear_malmo_2.jpg\" alt=\"Aquajet On Location - EcoClear Malmo\" width=\"1024\" height=\"684\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>EcoClear\u2019s smashing debut<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-2530\" src=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/bed\/uploads\/2016\/10\/aquajet_on_location_ecoclear_malmo.jpg\" alt=\"Aquajet On Location - EcoClear Malmo\" width=\"340\" height=\"509\" \/>The concrete in the parking garage is suffering from expanding rebars, due to constant\u00a0salt penetration. Something had to be done and NVB was entrusted with the difficult\u00a0challenge after a series of tests in the fall of 2015. In the first test, the city officials set the\u00a0target turbidity level to 40 mg particles\/liter. Later on, they pushed the limit down to 20 mg\u00a0particles\/liter. With EcoClear, NVB got down to a steady level of 15 mg particles\/liter, and\u00a0could automatically neutralize the water to pH 7. The operation began in January 2016\u00a0and will be completed in November this year. According to Jonas Bernin, CEO of NVB,\u00a0the whole operation in Malm\u00f6 is depending on EcoClear.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013 Without a modern water treatment system like EcoClear, we wouldn\u2019t be in the Hansa\u00a0<\/em><em>City Mall in the first place. We\u2019re very pleased with the system and everything is going\u00a0<\/em><em>according to plan. The system enables us to compete on an entirely new level. EcoClear\u00a0<\/em><em>is a game changer for sure, says Jonas Bernin, CEO of NVB.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Completing the circle<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>EcoClear is designed to work perfectly with Aquajet\u2019s range of robots, and it\u2019s capable of\u00a0handling an impressive flow rate up 20 cubic meters per hour. In addition to the EcoClear\u00a0system, NVB is equipped with the AQUA CUTTER 710V and the POWER PACK 700 for\u00a0the operation in Malm\u00f6. The chain of products from Aquajet Systems enables the operator\u00a0to safely discharge water back into the city\u2019s run-off water system \u2013 without the need\u00a0of an extra water reservoir, without the use of filters of any kind \u2013 and without pollution.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2531\" src=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/bed\/uploads\/2016\/10\/aquajet_on_location_ecoclear_malmo_1.jpg\" alt=\"Aquajet On Location - EcoClear Malmo\" width=\"1024\" height=\"684\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Short Facts<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>NVB is short for Nordisk Vattenbilning AB (Nordic Hydrodemolition Inc).
