We have developed our own high friction materials, our own extruded aluminum components, gear boxes, hydraulic systems and electronics for the ERGO.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/ergo-systems\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4567 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/bed\/uploads\/2019\/01\/news_text-image_1200x750_ergo-development-and-production-700x438.jpg\" alt=\"development production ergo system aquajet\" width=\"700\" height=\"438\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/ergo-systems\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4568 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/bed\/uploads\/2019\/01\/news_text-image_1200x750_development-and-production-3-700x220.jpg\" alt=\"development production ergo system aquajet\" width=\"700\" height=\"220\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Rail systems<\/h2>\n<p>The ERGO sets the start of two new rail standards. Both are focused on light-weight and to be ergonomic for the operator. The roller beam is compact and light weight and at the same time very durable thanks to the aluminum core with the high-grade steel gear rack and guide rails. The ERGO SPINE system is made entirely of aluminum and the weight is reduced to half compared to the steel version. Both are still compatible with each other.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/ergo-systems\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4570 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/bed\/uploads\/2019\/01\/news_text-image_1200x750_development-and-production-4-700x220.jpg\" alt=\"development production ergo system aquajet\" width=\"700\" height=\"220\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Test run<\/h2>\n<p>Every single machine that leaves our factory has been subjected to our significant and individual functions and quality test.<br \/>\nAs a customer you always receive documentation for each unit, where the test is specified in detail.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/ergo-systems\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4566 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/bed\/uploads\/2019\/01\/news_text-image_1200x750_development-and-production-2-700x438.jpg\" alt=\"development production ergo system aquajet\" width=\"700\" height=\"438\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>ERGO controller<\/h2>\n<p>The ERGO controller is what powers the movement functions of the ERGO systems and sets a new standard on the market.
