Il s&#8217;agissait de retirer le r\u00e9fractaire \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur d&#8217;une chaudi\u00e8re afin de le remplacer. Le temps \u00e9tait compt\u00e9 car la centrale produisait de l&#8217;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 et fournissait de la chaleur \u00e0 une ville de 225 000 habitants.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au syst\u00e8me <a href=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/fr\/products\/ergo-go\/\">Ergo<\/a> d&#8217;Aquajet, tous les travaux \u00e0 la lance manuelle ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9s par un syst\u00e8me s\u00fbr et automatis\u00e9. Les diff\u00e9rentes parties du syst\u00e8me Ergo ont \u00e9t\u00e9 facilement transport\u00e9es dans la chaudi\u00e8re et mont\u00e9es sur les \u00e9chafaudages existants. Ces \u00e9chafaudages avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 construits \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de la chaudi\u00e8re pour la refonte du nouveau rev\u00eatement r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur, et le syst\u00e8me Ergo Climber a pu les utiliser pour travailler.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/bed\/uploads\/2020\/03\/veolia-heat-plant-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-7954\" src=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/bed\/uploads\/2020\/03\/veolia-heat-plant-3-700x525.jpg\" alt=\"Aquajet hydrod\u00e9molition \u00e9limination des r\u00e9fractaires centrale thermique aqua cutter power pack ergo nettoyage industriel\" width=\"700\" height=\"525\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un syst\u00e8me Ergo fonctionnait par le haut de la chaudi\u00e8re et l&#8217;autre par le bas, chacun \u00e9tant aliment\u00e9 par une pompe haute pression. Dans ce cas, l&#8217;entrepreneur a utilis\u00e9 la petite <a href=\"https:\/\/aquajet.se\/products\/aqua-power-pack-270\/\">Power Pack 270 d&#8217;Aqua<\/a>, dont la pression d&#8217;eau peut atteindre 2800 bars et le d\u00e9bit 40l\/min.
