Aqua Cutter 710V XL

The Aqua Cutter 710V XL is the bigfoot version of it’s well known sibling. It features 200 mm/7.87 in wider and 170 mm/ 6.69 in longer tracks which means that it can handle more reaction force and has less weight per square meter.

Bigfoot is real

Our unique 3D positioning system can perform wonders. The front power head gives the operator full freedom to efficiently reach all areas. One example is vertical operations along or against the surface. In default mode the robot has a powerful diesel engine. Due to the compact design the Aqua Cutter 710V XL can be operated in tight and confined areas, with retained mobility. Hybrid drive with an electric motor is optional.

Features

  • Evolution 2.0 control system

The Aqua Cutter Evolution 2.0  control system features highly computerized robotic management for all advanced operations.

The evolution control system enables you to program geometrical figures and operate at different depths in the same overpass. The display is interactive and graphic, making it very easy to program the robot.

  • Tower and 3D positioning system

The easy to extend tower system on all V models has proved it’s versatility; it is fast and easy to fit the required numbers of sections to reach the desired operation height whether it is for vertical or overhead removal. The multi axis 3D positioning system of the cutting head, gives the ability to operate on all surfaces. The standard reach is 7 meters, and can be extended further.

  • Equal Distance System

All of our Aqua Cutter robots feature our patented EDS system, short for Equal Distance System. The EDS keeps a preset distance from the nozzle to the concrete surface, regardless of the attack angle of the water jet. This is a major advantage. Standard systems without EDS make the water jet lose a lot of power before it hits the concrete.

  • Hybrid drive

Hybrid drive is a powerful ally where a diesel engine is not allowed or appropriate, such as parking garages and inside of other buildings in urban environments. It’s very easy to attach and uses an intelligent system to automatically disengage the on board diesel engine.

  • Intelligent Sensing Control

Intelligent Sensing Control, ISC, uses intelligent software that operates via closed loop systems that continuously memorize the movements of the water jet. It also monitors the process from the operator’s settings. The system is standard on all Aqua Cutter robots as well as the Ergo, used for controlling the Aqua Spine.

  • Pop the hood

The innovative design provides unrivaled ease of access for all maintenance jobs. This means less downtime for maintenance and more time for actual work.

The unique gullwing hood and the foldable back cover of our Aqua Cutter 710 robot offer total access for both daily maintenance, such as checking oil levels, and regular service, such as oil and filter changes. This applies to all 710-models.
