With an intuitive interface and powerful new tools, including the ability to generate and share PDF reports, it helps contractors boost efficiency, validate estimates, and get the most out of their Aquajet equipment.
Users can calculate the optimal nozzle size for pre-defined or custom nozzles, or determine expected pressure and flow for a given nozzle depending on pump. They can also visualize nozzles in 3D, and view reaction force, exit velocity, power rating, and engine speed. Hose calculations provide precise pressure drop data based on hose length, pressure, and flow.
The app also calculates removal capacity: by entering information on pressure, flow, concrete quality, cutting depth, and what Power Head they use – users instantly obtain detailed information on removal capacity, water and power usage, and recommended minimum pump pressure. The removal capacity can also be viewed as a graph with multiple ranges. The integrated Robot Simulator replicates the real Aqua Cutter’s display for calculations, allowing testing of different robot settings and generating PDF reports for easy sharing with the team.
Pump configuration is equally flexible. Users can define pump factor, maximum pressure, flow, and RPM, then save pumps by name for future use and select them as defaults in calculations. In addition, the app provides access to Aquajet news, updates, and global dealer contact information.
