ECOSILENCE / POWER PACK

The Ecosilence PRO 3.0 features a specially developed exhaust silencer designed to eliminate low frequency engine sound. It is heat protected and mounted inside the container to make the operation very quiet.

An extra receiver can be added to the robot’s radio remote control, allowing both Ecosilence and Aqua Cutter to be connected to each other and to the operator via the radio remote control. Simple and with no need for extra cables or devices. Provides full control over both units in an easy and safe way. Through the remote control you can turn the high-pressure ON/OFF and emergency stop both units, as well as see and change the settings of pressure and engine rpm.

Optional Revo accessories expand functionality and improve operator flexibility for different hydrodemolition and industrial cleaning applications.

Available options include:

• Protective film for the Revo display
• Revo Remote Logic for connection of multiple high-pressure tools and pressure actuators
• Revo foot pedal for hands-free pressure activation

The portable Revo Remote Logic supports connection of high-pressure guns, foot pedals, and other compatible tools directly through a standard 7-pole connector. Compatible with Aquajet tools as well as tools from several common manufacturers, it enables flexible operation across different worksites and applications.

The Revo foot pedal allows operators to activate and deactivate pressure while keeping both hands free and includes an emergency stop box and 10-meter cable.

The emergency stop box Revo is used as an extra emergency stop. If needed, multiple emergency stop boxes can be placed along the remote cable. The kit includes an emergency stop and 1m cable.

The standard range between the Revo Remote and the pump unit is approximately 150 m, depending on voltage drop in the control cable. The Range Extender is an external power supply for the Revo Remote. When installed, the range is no longer limited by voltage drop, but instead by the CAN bus system itself—up to 400 m. The unit is mounted on the remote cable, close to the Revo Remote.

The Twin Pump Adapter allows two pump units to be operated with a single control device. This is a “non-CAN bus” unit, meaning it is not compatible with Micron radio control or CAN bus–connected receivers. However, it works seamlessly with other types of control devices, including Aquajet, Hammelmann, Woma, and Falch. Start/Stop and emergency stop signals are sent to both pumps simultaneously. For best performance, both pumps should be set to “Pressure” mode on their displays, though it is also possible to run just one pump if needed.

The Y-Block allows the robot to run with dual hoses by connecting two hoses into the block, which then merges them into a single hose for the final section to the robot. It is fully compatible with the Aqua Cone and all adapters in the Super Lance system, and rated for pressures up to 3,000 bar.

The Air Wings Kit consists of two plates mounted on the rear sides of the Ecosilence, framing the air vents to prevent hot air from recirculating back into the inlet vents. This option improves cooling efficiency, particularly in tropical climates or confined spaces with limited airflow.

An optional hook frame allows the Ecosilence 3.0 container to be loaded, unloaded, and positioned without the need for an additional crane vehicle. By placing the container directly on the ground, it improves accessibility and simplifies transportation and on-site handling.

Optional impact protection can be added together with the hook frame to shield the front air vents during loading and unloading operations, helping protect critical components from damage during transport and handling.

The lifting device is a small crane for lifting the pump head of the high-pressure pump for service. This device is attached to the pump with two screws and can either be removed when service is done or be stationary-mounted until next service.

As an option, you can add a frost protection kit with an anti-freeze and anti-corrosion liquid tank and electric pump. This protects and preserves the pump in low temperatures when not in operation. It also prevents corrosion and dried gaskets. The recirculating system recycles the glycol every time it’s used. Better for the environment, better for you!

A built-in workbench with vice and toolboard is another available option. It includes all the most common tools needed for service, as well as storage space for spare parts.

Storage features include: 10 movable, heavy hooks for storing hoses, cables and clothing; brackets for radio control, both for Ecosilence and robot.

Aquajet cables are specially designed for hydrodemolition equipment and come with 7-pole, heavy-duty Aquajet connectors. This option includes a cable drum with lifting handle and brake and comes in following cable lengths: 25m, 50m, 75m, 100m. Aquajet special extension cables are also available without the cable drum in following lengths: 3m (for use between pressure control handle and an extra emergency stop box or other short distances), 10m,15m, 25m.

Aluminum ramps to load an Aqua Cutter 710 or 410 into the container. Includes fixing brackets on the back door and security straps to secure the robot to the floor brackets.

Optional external tank modules simplify refueling and improve accessibility during operation.

Available configurations include:

• External tank module for tanker truck refueling with externally mounted fuel and AdBlue filler caps
• External fuel filler protected by a lockable hatch for convenient and secure access
• Integrated diesel overfill indicator for safe and spill-free refueling

The external tank module is designed to support fast and efficient refueling operations while improving safety and usability on-site.

A diesel heater is available for installation inside the container. This system includes a timer and keeps the container warm without the need for an external power supply.

Optional water filter kits help protect the Ecosilence 3.0 and maintain reliable operation when using untreated or contaminated water sources.

Available options include:

• Water prefilter for additional particle filtration before water enters the tank
• Dual heavy-duty water filter station for operation with water containing larger particles such as leaves, mud, or gravel
• Filter differential pressure monitoring for warnings when filters require cleaning or replacement

The dual heavy-duty filter station allows filters to be cleaned or changed during operation by alternating between active filters, helping minimize downtime and maintain continuous operation in demanding environments.

Optional flow control valves help adapt the Ecosilence 3.0 to different water supply conditions, tools, and operating requirements.

The inlet pressure reducing valve lowers incoming water pressure from a maximum of 40 bar down to 4–6 bar, ensuring proper function of the inlet valve when connected to high-pressure water supplies.

An optional check valve automatically closes the water passage from the booster pump when high-pressure water is not activated, preventing water from flowing through the nozzle while idling.

For applications where the pump flow exceeds the tool requirement, an optional dump valve can redirect excess high-pressure water back to the water tank for controlled operation.

An optional wall with sliding doors to separate the pump and engine compartment from the workspace to isolate both sound and heat.

Optional air compressor unit, 230V, for the workbench. Only available with the Electric kit 400/230 VAC.

A mechanical dump gun is available for high-pressure cleaning to dump the water at shut down. It doesn’t need an electric remote cable and can be used for all brands of pump units.

A complete dosing system for measuring and correcting water conductivity is available as an option. If the water conductivity is too low (water too hard) the piston seal assembly can be destroyed. This applies to high pressure pumps with tungsten carbide plunger seal sets. The dosing system adds a sodium carbonate solution to the water to keep conductivity at a proper level.
