Aquajet offers a complete range of nozzle solutions designed to optimize performance across different hydrodemolition applications. From single nozzles for deep, concentrated removal to multi-nozzle configurations for efficient shallow work, each solution is developed to give operators full control over depth, coverage, and result quality.
Using Aquajet’s ceramic nozzles and advanced flow design, the system ensures consistent jet performance and high efficiency. The LFD® (Laminar Flow Director) concept minimizes turbulence before the water reaches the nozzle, maintaining a stable and effective jet even at high pressures.
Single nozzles concentrate the full power of the water jet into one impact point, making them ideal for deeper removal. Dual and Triple nozzle configurations divide the flow into multiple impact points, increasing coverage and enabling controlled, shallow removal without compromising surface quality.
For surface preparation and lighter removal, the Spraybar configuration on the Rotolance provides rotational hydrodemolition with consistent coverage and efficient material removal.
Fully compatible with lances, lance extensions, Rotolances, and the Aqua Cone® system, Aquajet’s nozzle solutions offer a flexible and efficient way to adapt performance to each specific application.
