CIRCULAR ROLLER BEAM
Aqua Cutter 750 attachment
The Circular Roller Beam is a smart upgrade for the
Aqua Cutter 750V, made for hydrodemolition on curved
and circular surfaces like pillars, tunnels, and rounded
structures. It delivers the reach, stability, and control
you need—on both inner and outer curves. Just like the
straight beam, it attaches via the tilt beam, but adds
curved performance plus 360° rotation, 90° tilt, and full
vertical travel for complex shapes.

MULTI POSITIONING
QUICK CONNECTION
Controlled hydrodemolition on curved and circular surfaces.
The Circular Roller Beam is designed to extend the capabilities of the Aqua Cutter 750V for hydrodemolition on curved and circular structures such as pillars, tunnels, and other rounded surfaces. It enables precise and stable operation where maintaining consistent positioning on non-flat geometries is critical.
Mounted via the tilt beam, the system allows up to 90° tilt, combined with 360° rotation through the robot’s slew drive and full vertical movement along the tower. This provides the flexibility needed to follow complex shapes while maintaining control and consistent results.
The roller and power head are guided along the curved beam, supported by wheels at each end to ensure stability and smooth movement during operation. The system can be configured for both inner and outer radii, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
With customizable radius, beam length, and angle, the Circular Roller Beam can be adapted to specific project requirements. It is also compatible with the Rotolance, allowing efficient surface preparation and lighter removal when needed.
