Extendable tower system. Add on tower sections for greater reach while maintaining a compact footprint. Extendable reach up to 5 m (16,4 ft), without support. Up to 20 m (65 ft), with support.

Aquajet’s Multi-axis 3D Positioning System gives you full control over the robot’s tower and front section, allowing precise movement in virtually any direction.

The entire front can be hydraulically shifted left or right—ideal for fine-tuning the distance to a wall or extending reach to the side. The complete roller beam can manually be offset sideways in its brackets. This allows you to extend reach or adapt the setup for specific tasks.

Quick connections on the hydraulics allow operators to change attachments with ease, while the entire robot front can be disconnected just as quickly.

Easily adjust the track width on the Aqua Cutter robots — narrow for tight spaces or wide for greater stability and higher reaction forces. Tracks can be moved symmetrically or individually for flexible setup in any environment.

Multi-color status light shows machine condition at a glance, using steady or pulsing colors to signal normal operation, needed attention, or when automatic functions or the engine have stopped.

Featuring a unique gullwing hood and a foldable back cover, this design offers effortless access for everything from routine checks to full-scale repairs, keeping every component within easy reach.

Integrated Precision Drive delivers highly accurate, responsive hydraulic control. By eliminating micro-movements and mechanical inconsistencies, it ensures consistent cutting precision and superior surface quality.

Equipped with a Smooth Ride track system, the robot’s track movement is smooth and stable, reducing vibrations and bounces. This steady motion protects components, extends service life, and maintains precise nozzle-to-surface distance for enhanced cutting accuracy.

A cloud-based system for equipment tracking, real-time diagnostics, data collection and analytics, Aquajet Online is accessible from any computer or smartphone. It gives owners, operators and project stakeholders a digital toolkit to maximize safety, security, productivity and machine utilization. Robust data and analytics also help users monitor long-term equipment value and its impact on overall operations.

Aquajet’s patented EDS (Equal Distance System) ensures a constant distance between the nozzle and the concrete surface, regardless of the water jet’s attack angle. Unlike standard systems, which lose efficiency due to fluctuating distances, EDS maximizes power delivery, enhances precision, and improves concrete removal—especially around rebar.

Integrated into every Aqua Cutter robot with the Evolution control system, Smart Lance Technology (SLT) is Aquajet’s patented software that automates the entire hydrodemolition process. By calculating, coordinating, and optimizing lance movement based on a few simple operator inputs, SLT delivers unmatched precision, efficiency, and productivity with real-time feedback and built-in safeguards.

Intelligent Sensing Control, ISC, uses intelligent software that operates via closed loop systems that continuously memorize the movements of the water jet. It also monitors the process from the operator’s settings. The system is standard on all Aqua Cutter robots as well as the Ergo, used for controlling the Aqua Spine.
