The Aqua Rail System 3.0 is a versatile, multi-modular

for maximum flexibility and performance. Designed for
configurability, it adapts to each project, ensuring the right
setup every time. With its scalable design, the system can
be reconfigured or expanded with additional components,
reducing the need for new setups and saving time and
resources.

Multi-modular system

1. Choose application method

Configure the Aqua Rail System for either linear or circular hydrodemolition applications depending on the structure and removal requirements. The system supports everything from flat surfaces and walls to pillars, shafts, and tunnels.

2. Select power unit

The Aqua Rail System is compatible with Aqua Cutter robots and the Ergo Controller, allowing the setup to be adapted for different project sizes, accessibility requirements, and performance levels.

3. Configure the rail system

Choose between the Aqua Spine and Ergo Climber systems depending on the application, working environment, and required flexibility. The modular rail design allows scalable and adaptable hydrodemolition setups.

4. Add movement attachments

Roller beams and circular ring systems provide controlled movement and positioning for both linear and circular hydrodemolition operations while maintaining stable and consistent operation.

5. Select the power head

Choose the power head configuration best suited for the application — including Infinity, Circular, Ergo, or Rotolance systems — depending on geometry, removal depth, and performance requirements.

6. Build the support system

Complete the setup with the appropriate support solution, including Light, Heavy, Circular, or Scaffolding systems, to ensure stability, precision, and reliable operation in different environments.
