1. Choose application method
Configure the Aqua Rail System for either linear or circular hydrodemolition applications depending on the structure and removal requirements. The system supports everything from flat surfaces and walls to pillars, shafts, and tunnels.
2. Select power unit
The Aqua Rail System is compatible with Aqua Cutter robots and the Ergo Controller, allowing the setup to be adapted for different project sizes, accessibility requirements, and performance levels.
3. Configure the rail system
Choose between the Aqua Spine and Ergo Climber systems depending on the application, working environment, and required flexibility. The modular rail design allows scalable and adaptable hydrodemolition setups.
4. Add movement attachments
Roller beams and circular ring systems provide controlled movement and positioning for both linear and circular hydrodemolition operations while maintaining stable and consistent operation.
5. Select the power head
Choose the power head configuration best suited for the application — including Infinity, Circular, Ergo, or Rotolance systems — depending on geometry, removal depth, and performance requirements.
6. Build the support system
Build your configuration
Every setup begins with one of two base systems:

- Ergo Climber
From there, the system is configured step by step using compatible components — creating a solution tailored to your application.
