to move the machine. Its two-piece ring design makes it

and similar structures. Whether you’re cutting above
ground, at ground level, or even below grade, the Circular
Kit helps you do it faster, safer, and with more precision.

360° hydrodemolition for pillars and circular structures.
The Circular Pillar Kit is designed to enable efficient hydrodemolition on pillars and other circular structures. With its 360° ring design, the system allows the Aqua Cutter robot to operate around the entire surface without repositioning, improving productivity and reducing setup time.
The two-piece Circular Power Head is easily mounted around pillars of varying diameters, creating a stable and controlled working position. Guided by the robot control system, the cutting head follows a preset path at a consistent distance from the surface, ensuring uniform removal depth and high surface quality.
The system supports full motion around the structure, as well as vertical movement up and down. Thanks to its offset mounting, the Circular Pillar Kit can reach higher areas before the tower reaches its limit, making it ideal for work under bridges, ceilings, and other restricted spaces. By rotating the unit, it also enables below-grade operations, with extended offset available for deeper applications.
The result is a precise and efficient solution for pillar rehabilitation, combining full coverage, controlled movement, and reduced need for repositioning.
