Evolution 3.0 is designed to take hydrodemolition performance and control to the next level. Built for the Aqua Cutter 450 and 750 series, it combines advanced robotic management with intelligent automation, enabling operators to achieve consistent, high-quality results with greater ease.
At the core of the system is its ability to optimize performance automatically. With full integration of Infinity oscillation, Evolution 3.0 can calculate and adjust oscillation settings based on surface speed, traverse speed, and stroke parameters — ensuring optimal performance without the need for complex manual input.
Operators can still access full manual control when needed, but the system continuously supports decision-making through real-time feedback, including performance indicators and visualized oscillation patterns.
All core functions from previous generations remain — such as geometrical shapes, speed zones, 3D zones, and multi-depth removal in a single pass — but are further refined for improved precision, flexibility, and efficiency.
The system is also built around usability and uptime. With clear visual interfaces, saved settings, automatic service tracking, and detailed diagnostics, operators can work more efficiently while minimizing downtime.
