ERGO SPINE GO

Compact hydrodemolition system

The Ergo Spine Go is part of the Ergo family, featuring a
lightweight yet high-strength Ergo Spine rail that supports
a roller beam and Power Head, all controlled by the Ergo
Controller. Its standard setup efficiently tackles concrete
walls, floors, and ceilings, while the side configuration is
ideal for accessing tight or confined spaces, making it
ideal for the most challenging work environments.

ERGO

Flexible setup for complex and confined applications

The Ergo Spine Go is a lightweight and flexible rail-guided hydrodemolition system designed for concrete removal and surface preparation in confined, narrow, or hard-to-access environments. Built around the modular Ergo Spine rail system and Ergo Controller, it enables stable and precise operation on walls, ceilings, floors, and other challenging structures.

The lightweight rail sections and roller beam system allow flexible configurations for both linear and side-mounted applications, making the Ergo Spine Go well suited for tunnels, shafts, industrial structures, and other areas where accessibility is limited.

Combined with compatible Ergo Power Heads and Rotolance systems, the Ergo Spine Go delivers controlled and consistent hydrodemolition performance while maintaining accurate lance positioning throughout the operation.

Its modular design allows fast setup, easy transportation, and adaptable configurations directly on-site — providing an efficient solution for hydrodemolition applications where larger robotic systems cannot operate effectively.
