The PCM Kit is a smart two-part solution that enhances
the versatility of the Aqua Cutter 410 and 450. It includes
the PCM Carrier—a practical trolley for transporting the
Power Control Module—and the PCM Weight Kit, which
keeps the crawler stable when the PCM is removed.
Together, they enable work in tight, complex spaces and
let the PCM power other hydrodemolition equipment
without compromising performance or control.

Flexible handling and operation with the PCM kit
The PCM kit is designed to extend the flexibility of the Aqua Cutter 410 and 450 by enabling operation with a detached PCM (Power Control Module). By separating the Power control unit from the crawler, the robot can access tight, confined, or harsh environments where the PCM cannot be placed.
The PCM Carrier makes it easy to handle and transport the detached PCM safely on site, whether positioning it outside the work area or using it to power other hydrodemolition equipment. This creates a more flexible setup and allows the system to be adapted to a wider range of applications.
To maintain stability and performance when operating without the PCM, the kit includes a weight package that replicates the weight of the detached unit. This ensures the crawler remains balanced and performs consistently, with the same ability to handle reaction forces and deliver precise results.
Together, the PCM Carrier and weight kit provide a practical solution for safe handling, flexible setups, and efficient operation in demanding environments.
