ERGO CLIMBER LINEAR
Starter kit Aqua Rail System 3.0
The Ergo Climber Linear 3.0 is a compact, lightweight
system for horizontal and vertical hydrodemolition, built for
confined and limited-access areas. Using the Ergo Climber
with the Ergo Roller Beam, Ergo Power Head, and Support
system Scaffolding, it offers flexibility and efficiency while
supporting reaction forces up to 1000 N. Measuring just
2 × 1,6 m as a starter kit and with a working height of 0.5 m,
it delivers efficient removal across 3,2 m² per setup.

Compact hydrodemolition for confined and hard-to-reach environments
The Ergo Climber Linear 3.0 is a compact and lightweight system designed for efficient hydrodemolition in horizontal and vertical applications where access is limited. Built for confined and challenging environments, it enables precise and controlled work in areas where larger systems cannot operate.
The system is based on Ergo Climbers combined with an Ergo Roller Beam, Ergo Power Head, and a scaffolding-based support system, delivering an effective removal area of approximately 3.2 m² per setup. With a compact footprint of just 2 × 1.6 meters and a low working height of 0.5 meters, it is ideal for tight spaces and detailed work such as surface preparation, patch repair, and industrial cleaning.
Designed to handle reaction forces up to 1000 N, the system provides stable and reliable performance while maintaining a lightweight and easy-to-handle setup. With optional support wheels, the system can be easily repositioned between work areas, improving efficiency for applications such as patch work.
As part of the Aqua Rail System 3.0, the Ergo Climber Linear is a multi-modular solution that can be adapted, extended, and reconfigured to suit specific project requirements. The scaffolding-based support system allows flexible installation, including the use of angled support legs and other components to secure the system in different environments and applications.
