The Aqua Cutter 710 and 750 are equipped with an unique gullwing hood combined with a foldable back cover. This design provides effortless access for both routine checks and full-scale repairs, ensuring every component is always within easy reach.

Easily adjust the track width on the Aqua Cutter robots — narrow for tight spaces or wide for greater stability and higher reaction forces. Tracks can be moved symmetrically or individually for flexible setup in any environment.

Both the Aqua Cutter robots and the Ergo Controller are equipped with quick connection solutions designed to make everyday work faster, safer, and more efficient. On the Aqua Cutter, quick connections on the hydraulics allow operators to change attachments with ease, while the entire robot front can be disconnected just as quickly. The Ergo Controller offers the same hydraulic quick connections, ensuring a fast and easy setup.

The side shift function allows the entire front section of the Aqua Cutter to move up to 1 meter sideways—left or right—without repositioning the robot. This movement can be performed either manually or hydraulically, giving you full control based on the task and setup. It’s especially useful when the robot can’t be placed directly in front of the work surface, providing greater flexibility and coverage in constrained or uneven environments.

Aquajet’s patented EDS (Equal Distance System) ensures a constant distance between the nozzle and the concrete surface, regardless of the water jet’s attack angle. Unlike standard systems, which lose efficiency due to fluctuating distances, EDS maximizes power delivery, enhances precision, and improves concrete removal—especially around rebar.

Integrated into every Aqua Cutter robot with the Evolution control system, Smart Lance Technology (SLT) is Aquajet’s patented software that automates the entire hydrodemolition process. By calculating, coordinating, and optimizing lance movement based on a few simple operator inputs, SLT delivers unmatched precision, efficiency, and productivity with real-time feedback and built-in safeguards.

Aquajet’s ISC (Intelligent Sensing Control) uses advanced closed-loop software to continuously monitor and memorize water jet movement during operation. Built into all Aqua Cutter robots and the Ergo system, ISC ensures trouble-free performance, reduced downtime, and easy programming—so you can focus on results, not cables.
