AQUA CUTTER 710V XL
Tracked hydrodemolition robot
The Aqua Cutter 710V XL is a robust hydrodemolition robot
built for the toughest jobs. With wider and longer tracks,
it handles higher reaction forces while distributing weight
more efficiently. Its high-reach tower system provides
access to horizontal, vertical, and overhead areas—up to
7 meters without additional support. Diesel-powered with
an optional electric hybrid kit, it’s the perfect choice for
demanding large-scale projects.

EVOLUTION 2.0
Extended stability for demanding hydrodemolition applications
The Aqua Cutter 710V XL is designed for high-productivity hydrodemolition in demanding environments where additional stability and higher reaction force capacity are required. Based on the proven Aqua Cutter 710V platform, the XL version features wider and longer tracks to reduce ground pressure and improve stability during challenging concrete removal operations.
Its extendable tower system provides excellent flexibility for vertical, horizontal, and overhead applications, while the multi-axis 3D positioning system allows precise adjustment of the tower and front section for accurate lance positioning across varying surfaces and structures.
With a standard reach of up to 7 meters (23 ft), the Aqua Cutter 710V XL is well suited for bridge repairs, tunnels, industrial structures, parking facilities, and other large-scale rehabilitation projects. The Evolution 2.0 control system ensures controlled and predictable movements, contributing to consistent removal depth and reliable surface quality.
Combined with increased stability, high reaction force capacity, and precise control, the Aqua Cutter 710V XL delivers efficient and dependable hydrodemolition performance in demanding applications.

The side shift function allows the entire front section of the Aqua Cutter to move up to 1 meter sideways—left or right—without repositioning the robot. This movement can be performed either manually or hydraulically, giving you full control based on the task and setup. It’s especially useful when the robot can’t be placed directly in front of the work surface, providing greater flexibility and coverage in constrained or uneven environments.
