The Aqua Cutter 750V is a larger, yet compact and highly versatile hydrodemolition robot with an extendable tower system, designed for horizontal, vertical, and overhead applications. It reaches up to 5 m (16.4 ft) unsupported and 20 m (65 ft) with additional support. Powered by a diesel engine with an optional electric hybrid kit, it’s ideal for roads, bridges, and large structural projects.

Patented Infinity oscillation technology
The Aqua Cutter 750V combines high power, flexibility, and intelligent control for demanding hydrodemolition applications. Designed for large-scale concrete removal and complex structures, it delivers stable operation, accurate positioning, and consistent results across vertical, horizontal, and overhead surfaces.
At the core of the system is Aquajet’s patented Infinity oscillation technology, where the lance follows a unique figure-eight pattern instead of traditional back-and-forth movements. This maintains constant surface speed, improves removal efficiency, and eliminates the risk of pipe holes — resulting in smoother and more uniform surfaces.
Integrated with the Evolution 3.0 control system, the robot automatically optimizes oscillation, stroke, and travel speed to simplify operation and ensure repeatable, high-quality hydrodemolition performance.
