All Aqua Cutter V-models feature an extendable tower system. Simply add extra tower sections using a quick single-bolt connection to increase vertical reach with ease. For even greater height, an optional tower support is available—providing additional stability beyond what the robot can support on its own.

Featured on all Aqua Cutter V-models, Aquajet’s Multi-axis 3D Positioning System gives you full control over the robot’s tower and front section, allowing precise movement in virtually any direction. Whether you’re working on high walls, tight spaces, or hard-to-reach surfaces, this system ensures optimal lance positioning, stability, and ease of inspection—maximizing efficiency and adaptability on every job.

All Aqua Cutter 410 and 450 models feature a detachable Power Control Module (PCM), allowing the power unit and tracked crawler to operate independently. The electric PCM stays in a secure, dry location while the fully submersible, radio- controlled crawler works in confined or hazardous environments such as flooded sewer pipes or narrow tunnels. When detached, the PCM is placed on a dedicated Carrier trolley for easy transport and maximum mobility.

Featuring a unique gullwing hood and a foldable back cover, this design offers effortless access for everything from routine checks to full-scale repairs, keeping every component within easy reach.

Easily adjust the track width on the Aqua Cutter robots — narrow for tight spaces or wide for greater stability and higher reaction forces. Tracks can be moved symmetrically or individually for flexible setup in any environment.

Both the Aqua Cutter robots and the Ergo Controller are equipped with quick connection solutions designed to make everyday work faster, safer, and more efficient. On the Aqua Cutter, quick connections on the hydraulics allow operators to change attachments with ease, while the entire robot front can be disconnected just as quickly. The Ergo Controller offers the same hydraulic quick connections, ensuring a fast and easy setup.

All Aqua Cutter 450 and 750 models are equipped with a Smooth Ride Track System. The smooth, stable movement of the tracks reduces vibrations and bounces, protecting components and extending service life, while also maintaining precise nozzle-to-surface distance for enhanced cutting accuracy.

The side shift function allows the entire front section of the Aqua Cutter to move up to 1 meter sideways—left or right—without repositioning the robot. This movement can be performed either manually or hydraulically, giving you full control based on the task and setup. It’s especially useful when the robot can’t be placed directly in front of the work surface, providing greater flexibility and coverage in constrained or uneven environments.

Aquajet’s patented EDS (Equal Distance System) ensures a constant distance between the nozzle and the concrete surface, regardless of the water jet’s attack angle. Unlike standard systems, which lose efficiency due to fluctuating distances, EDS maximizes power delivery, enhances precision, and improves concrete removal—especially around rebar.

Integrated into every Aqua Cutter robot with the Evolution control system, Smart Lance Technology (SLT) is Aquajet’s patented software that automates the entire hydrodemolition process. By calculating, coordinating, and optimizing lance movement based on a few simple operator inputs, SLT delivers unmatched precision, efficiency, and productivity with real-time feedback and built-in safeguards.

Aquajet’s ISC (Intelligent Sensing Control) uses advanced closed-loop software to continuously monitor and memorize water jet movement during operation. Built into all Aqua Cutter robots and the Ergo system, ISC ensures trouble-free performance, reduced downtime, and easy programming—so you can focus on results, not cables.

The Aqua Cutter 450 and 750, with the Evolution 3.0 Control System, features a multi-color visual status light that communicates the machine’s condition at a glance. By using different colors and patterns—steady or pulsing—the light clearly indicates when the machine is operating normally, requires attention, or when automatic functions or the engine have stopped, helping operators stay informed and work safely.
